The staff were helpful. The location proved convenient with many shops nearby. The room had two full size beds. I found many plugs and outlets, a rare feature in Europe.
There were some hairs on the table in my room. And also, in the bathroom, not ideal.

The staff provided help when i needed it. Reception service was available, and always present to assist guests. This availability gave a sense of security.

A tasty Italian restaurant was located right below the hotel. I noticed another restaurant with breakfast options around the corner. These provided convenient choices for meals.

Just OK, I guess
small room constant drilling
The staff was friendly enough, they seemed helpful when I asked for directions.
The room was tiny. I MEAN REALLY tiny. The drilling and hammering were incessant, and dust was everywhere.

helpful staff great location
i found the location very convenient. i could easily walk to many attractions. the staff was very helpful with directions and recommendations.
the hallway did feel a bit like a hostel for the price. the room rate seemed high for what was offered. the bathroom design felt quite basic and lacked any special touches.

the hotel offers a small elevator for guest convenience! it assists with luggage transport to upper floors. the reception area includes tourist information and maps of the surrounding area.

nearby, i saw a highly-rated restaurant right next door. it serves local cuisine! additionally, there's a pastry shop a short walk away. i noticed several cafés within a five-minute walk.

thin walls loud traffic
The lift often did not work. The walls were thin. I could hear noises from other rooms and the hallway at all hours. Traffic noise was loud. Even earplugs did not help.
